Community Meeting Space

We offer two meeting spaces for nonprofit partners: the Board Room and the Classroom. 

Availability

Nonprofits may reserve the rooms Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM, at no cost.

Eligibility

We are not accepting reservations from businesses, religious, or political entities at this time. We expect to broaden access to our spaces for businesses in late 2026. Check back for details!

  • Board Room: Seats 20 at tables arranged in a square; up to 37 in theater-style seating 

  • Classroom: Seats 30 at tables arranged in a square; up to 46 in theater-style seating 

  • Combined Spaces: Seats 60 at tables arranged in a square; 75+ in theater-style seating 

Scheduling

Advance Notice Required 

  • Single rooms: 2 weeks 

  • Board Room + Classroom: 4 weeks 

Blackout Dates 

  • Thanksgiving week 

  • Christmas week 

  • New Year’s week 

  • All federal holidays 

Access

  • Access: Renters may enter the space 60 minutes before their reservation and must vacate within 30 minutes. 

  • Restrooms: The main lobby restroom is available and ADA compliant. 

  • Additional access: Access to the co-working space, additional restrooms, and the kitchen may be limited. Access details will be confirmed during booking. 

  • Kitchen / Amenities: Unless otherwise approved, renters should plan to bring water and any supplies they need. 


    Reservations longer than 6 hours may be subject to additional review to ensure availability and staff capacity.
     

Catering & Alcohol

  • Outside catering is welcome; arrangements must be handled by the renter. 

  • Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Renters are responsible for securing any required professional services (servers, bartenders) and ensuring safe use. 

Setup & Cleanup Expectations 

Renters are responsible for leaving the space in the condition in which they found it, including: 

  • Basic cleaning: removing trash, wiping tables, and ensuring no food or materials are left behind. 

  • Trash & recycling: Renters should take excess trash with them if it does not fit in the provided bins; recycling should be separated where applicable. 

  • A room reset guide (with photos) will be provided to help renters return the room to standard configuration. 

A/V & Technology 

  • Basic AV is available, which includes a screen, camera, computer, and USB/USB-C connections for computer plug-ins. Specific details will be confirmed prior to the reservation.
